Barons Defeat Catch in Final Meeting

The Barons defeated the So Cal Catch, 9-4, in their final meeting of the season Sunday afternoon.
RHP Kyle Murray started the game for the Barons earning the win after pitching 6.0 scoreless innings with five strikeouts. The Barons offense used an eight-run sixth inning to pull away from the Catch. Center fielder James Stea went 2×3, and second baseman Zack Kolakowski went 2×4 with a double and one RBI.
After a day off, the Barons travel to Concordia University on Tuesday to face the Orange County Riptide at 4:25 p.m.
